we had a great stay with the kids, the staff were super friendly n helpful, room was really nice n the little toys on the beds for the kids was a really sweet touch lol. breakfast was yummyy and had loads of options. def felt like a good home away from home.
just a lil bit disappointed that the carpets could use a good clean n some areas seemed a bit worn out. also, it was kinda a pain that we had to pay for parking.

Great stay with kids!
The staff were super chill and made us feel welcome, even though we rolled in late. Our little ones were thrilled with the toys left for them. The breakfast was a solid spread, but the wait for coffee was a bit long. Overall a fab family trip!

Family with kids will love it
The staff left little toys for my kids on their beds which made their day, a nice touch. We also had a fantastic breakfast with enough choices to please everyone including the little ones, it was a great way to start the day.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still a decent value for what you get.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We enjoyed some vibrant nightlife and the award-winning dining was top-notch. The atmosphere was perfect for our getaway, and the staff were super friendly. Just a heads up, you might want to plan meals nearby if pricing looks high. Would definitely recommend checking out the local dining options!
The room we stayed in was a bit tired, especially the carpet, which looked worn. It didn't impact our fun much, but it's worth noting.

I adored the bright, airy lobby with its cheerful decor. The large windows overlooking the grassy terrace provided a lovely sense of openness, making it easy for seniors to navigate and feel comfortable during our stay.
Improved signage at the roundabout would help greatly.

You’ve got to try the gluten-free dishes. they’re a culinary delight! The breakfast choices were top-notch, and the kids loved their hot chocolate! Plus, the room was a great size and comfy too!
Had a bit of a faff with the shower door being a tight squeeze and the place could do with better signage at night—ended up going round in circles! But the overall vibe still lit up my stay.

Had an excellent time here! We loved the spacious pool where the kids had a blast splashing around and the cozy family room that had a comfy sofa bed. Just a minor hiccup with the heating taking a while to warm up, but it didn't overshadow our fun stay! 🌟

missingWrote a review on 16 Junspacious roomcozy barpoor signage
Spacious Superior Queen Room with Sofa Bed allowed for a comfortable family setup, complete with fresh bedding and useful amenities like a fridge and ironing board. The bar area offered a cozy spot to unwind with a decent selection of drinks, perfect for relaxing after a long journey.
Finding the hotel at night proved tricky due to inadequate signage at the roundabout. ended up near the Premier Inn by mistake. Inside the room, the shower door design was a bit frustrating, opening awkwardly and creating a tight squeeze. Although the facilities were in decent shape overall, the hotel felt slightly dated in some areas, showing signs of wear and tear, like the carpet. the distance from the airport turned out to be an inconvenience, particularly when considering travel time.
